Help & About

Run one or many businesses from one command center.

EmpireOS is the founder's operating console — a single place to see what matters, decide what to do next, and keep every department of every business moving.

Who it's for

Founders and CEOs running one or multiple businesses who want an executive view across marketing, sales, operations, finances, law, product, and service delivery. Built for the operator at the top — not for teams, managers, or assigned tasks (yet).

What V2 includes today

  • Multi-business dashboard + Empire View
  • First-run Onboarding path and Guided Setup
  • Template Library with starter operating-system packs
  • Global Quick Add (⌘K) across 13 entity types
  • Action Queue with intelligence-driven recommendations
  • Rule-based CEO Brief across wins, risks, decisions, approvals, accountability, revenue
  • Setup Completeness scoring across 11 categories
  • Team + Accountability with assignments, owners, and a permissions model
  • Invite Flow Lite (pending invites, role preset, department, permission preview — manual accept)
  • Record-level comments, approval requests, and Activity history
  • Linked records across deals, offers, OKRs, decisions, contracts, campaigns
  • Demo, Local, and Cloud data modes; custom fields, saved views, module customization

Beta limitations — still on the roadmap

V2 is a usable beta for solo founders and CEOs. A few things look real but are intentionally lightweight today:

  • Team membership is a permissions model — true enforced multi-user access lands later
  • Invite Flow Lite tracks invites in-app; real invite email + acceptance is roadmap
  • CEO Brief and recommendations are rule-based — no AI/LLM yet
  • No external integrations, scheduled notifications, or email/Slack delivery yet
  • No automations, billing, SSO, PDF export, or data imports beyond CSV
  • Advanced analytics and graph visualization are V3+
  • Mobile and tablet layouts are usable but not fully optimized

See the Roadmap for the full picture.

V2.5 — Monetization & entitlements (placeholders)

EmpireOS now includes the pricing structure, plan comparison, AI credit wallet, AI feature cost catalog, upgrade prompts, an integration marketplace, and a deterministic plan advisor — all wired to the UI so V3 can flip the switch.

  • Billing & Plans — plan comparison, credit packs, plan advisor
  • Integrations — marketplace placeholders (Sheets, Gmail, Slack, Stripe, …)
  • AI placeholder buttons on CEO Brief, Action Queue, Activity, Guided Setup, Linked Records

Billing is not live yet. AI generation is not connected yet. No charges will be made. AI credits are placeholders until V3.

How accounts & data work

Your data lives in one of two places depending on what you choose:

  • Local — Manual records and spreadsheet imports persist in your browser. No account needed.
  • Cloud — A free account links your data to you so it survives browser changes and devices.

See Data Sources to switch modes.

How data modes work

Demo. Realistic sample businesses for exploring the app.

Manual. Enter your real records by hand. Stored in this browser when signed out, synced to your account when signed in.

Spreadsheet. Import CSVs in the Import Center. Map columns to entity fields.

Live (soon). Google Sheets and direct integrations are on the roadmap.

How Guided Setup works

Guidance Mode is opt-in. It analyzes what you have configured (offers, leads, revenue streams, SOPs…) and surfaces gaps, readiness, and the most useful next step. Four modes: Off, Light, Guided, and OPE Graduate (more curriculum-aware).

Where to start

  1. Open the Beta Tester Guide for the full walkthrough.
  2. Or jump into the Beta Checklist to track your progress.
  3. Explore the demo business from the sidebar switcher.
  4. Create your first real business in Add Business.
  5. Turn on Guided Setup from Guided Setup.

Where to submit feedback

Use the Feedback form. We read every submission during the beta.

Contact support

Ask a question, report a bug, or share a request — we read everything during beta.

When reporting an issue, please include what you were trying to do, what happened, and what you expected to happen. If easy, also mention the page/area, your browser/device, urgency, and whether we can follow up.

Email support

What's coming later

Enforced multi-user team access, real invite email + acceptance, AI-generated briefs, scheduled notifications, automations, external integrations, advanced analytics, graph visualization, mobile optimization, and SSO. See theRoadmap for the full phase plan.
