What we collect
Account email and name when you sign up. Business records you enter. Support messages you send us. Basic application logs needed to operate the service.
How we use it
To run your EmpireOS account, deliver the product, respond to support, and improve the service. We do not sell your data.
Who can see your data
Only you and accounts you've explicitly invited. Database row-level security keeps accounts separated. See Security & Trust for details.
Subprocessors
EmpireOS runs on cloud infrastructure managed by our hosting and database providers. A full subprocessor list will be published with the V1 policy.
Your choices
You can request export or deletion of your account data at any time by emailing us.
