Terms of Service
By using EmpireOS, you agree to the practical terms below. These terms may be updated as we expand the product; material changes will be announced to signed-in users.
Service
EmpireOS is an actively developed product. Features may change and be added. Uptime and data durability are best-effort — keep your own backup of critical records.
Your account
You're responsible for what happens under your account, including data you enter, invites you issue, and team members you add.
Acceptable use
No illegal content, no abuse of the platform, no attempts to access other accounts. Don't use EmpireOS for regulated sensitive data (PHI, payment card data) until our enterprise tier is available.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans (Starter, Operator, Empire) are billed monthly via Stripe on the date you subscribe and renew automatically each period. You can cancel anytime from Billing → Manage billing; your plan stays active through the end of the current period and does not renew. AI credit packs are one-time purchases and are non-refundable once credits are added to your ledger. Prices are in USD and exclude any applicable taxes calculated at checkout.
